Job Description Perform duties in both routine and specialized laboratory tests on clinical samples in Haematology laboratory. Daily duties include processing of peripheral blood, bone marrow and body fluid specimens for various diagnostic tests within the laboratory. Moreover, specialized test procedures such as producing bone marrow smears, preparing reagents required for different tests, and staining according to the laboratory's standard operating procedures as well as assisting Haematologists in reporting patient results are within the expected job scope of this position. Other responsibilities may include equipment troubleshooting, when necessary, optimization of test procedures, quality assurance, and inventory management in compliance with our organization's technical and safety guidelines. Job Requirements Degree in Biomedical Science, Biological Science, Medical Technology or its equivalent. Prior knowledge and experience in routine haematology lab with basic cells morphology will be an advantage. Able to work both independently and as part of a team in challenging environment. Good collaborator with effective communication skills. Driven and ability to learn new techniques.
