Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out incident investigations, VDR analysis, on-board audits and inspections, as well as providing training and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out incident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Conduct VDR analysis to identify potential safety risks and implement corrective actions;
  • Perform on-board audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of our clients' personnel;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marine engineering, naval architecture, etc.);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
