Production Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Production Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing hands-on production and assembly work in accordance with established work instructions and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification tests at sub-assembly levels and conduct failure analysis.
  • E nsure preventive and corrective measures are in place to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Project Team to provide feedback on issues, progress, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Technical Education in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic production jigs and tools is essential.
  • Good communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Able to identify and solve problems effectively to increase productivity.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Electrical field is advantageous.
  • Hands-on soldering and assembly work experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with working with liquids and sealants is desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good handwork skills are required for small components.

Work Arrangements:

  • A 5.5-day workweek (including alternate Saturdays) is standard.
