Job Description
As a Production Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of medical devices. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Participate in the S&OP meeting and plan material and resource for the entire product line. Liaise with Planner, QA Engineer, and Process Engineers to guarantee that the line meets output, quality, time, cost, and safety targets.

• Monitor Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) progression in the line. Facilitate daily shift start-up meetings. Coach and guide Station Leaders on LDMS improvement and interpretation.

• Ensure Zero Quality – Defect Per Million on Human Related Issues.

• Manage, lead, and develop Station Leaders to foster effective teams within the line.

• Provide coaching and certification to trainees on the assembly process.

• Maintain internal communication with associates at all levels.

Requirements
• Minimum secondary education with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.

• Preferably 2 years' experience in managing and leading assembly stations.

• Certificate in Section Leader would be an advantage.

• Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm, and 11.00pm-7.00am.
