Production Assembly Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Production Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for hands-on production and assembly work in accordance with operational guidelines and health & safety regulations.

  • Conduct verification tests at subassembly levels and analyze causes of failure.
  • Ensure proactive and corrective measures are in place to maintain productivity.
  • Maintain accurate production records and uphold good housekeeping standards.
  • Able to work independently and closely with Engineering and Project Team for feedback on issues, progress, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Technical Education in Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience.
  • Able to use basic production jigs and tools.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and constantly seek improvement to increase productivity.
