About the Role LAI Games is a global leader in arcade and amusement entertainment. We’re expanding in Asia-Pacific and are looking for a Sales Director who is equal parts strategist and hands-on hunter. This role is about opening doors, building a pipeline from scratch, and proving the sales model that will allow us to scale. You’ll be selling our full portfolio—from award-winning arcade machines to claw and crane products—across a region rich with opportunity but still underpenetrated. What You’ll Do Define, test, and refine the APAC sales playbook—direct to operators, through distributors, and with key accounts. Prospect relentlessly: research, build, and qualify your own pipeline across multiple markets. Close deals with operators, malls, FECs, and distributors to establish momentum. Represent LAI Games at trade shows and industry events, becoming the face of the brand in APAC. Share insights and data back into the business to shape marketing, product, and future growth strategy. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience in high-value, lower-volume products (location-based equipment, industrial equipment, capital goods, specialty solutions, etc.). Proven ability to hunt, open markets, and build relationships from a cold start. Comfortable with longer sales cycles and navigating complex decision-making processes. Resourceful, self-driven, and energized by building something new without a playbook. Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to adapt across diverse APAC cultures. Willingness to travel extensively across the region. What Success Looks Like A validated, repeatable sales approach that delivers consistent wins.
