Job Responsibilities Administrative Functions Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies. To be receptive to customers' feedback with due patience and diligence. Deal with enquiries via walk-ins, calls and email. Ensure smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations. Always maintain the cleanliness of working areas. Departmental Functions Ensure to provide excellent service to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ manager and head of department. Job Requirements Education & Certification Minimum O level, Diploma or equivalent Other Prerequisites Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent command of English and/or one other language a plus. Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude Proactive, independently with good communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to handle onsite and phone calls of customers' enquiries. Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary.
