Job Responsibilities Welcome with Warmth: Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality. Engage & Inform: Deliver lively, informative presentations that bring our attractions to life. Support Smooth Operations: Ensure everything runs seamlessly across our venues. Go The Extra Mile: Be ready to step up and make a difference, anytime. Job Requirements Education & Certification Experience Some experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage; training will be provided. Other Prerequisites A friendly, confident personality with a passion for people. Outstanding communication skills with a forte for making guests feel welcome. Fluent in English; an additional language is a bonus to help us connect with guests worldwide. Energy and enthusiasm given that this guest facing role includes extended periods of standing and moving around the premises. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, so flexibility & adaptability is key. Availability of 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months.
