The role The DreamR Project Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full‐time role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the design visions for our diverse range of residential and commercial projects located in the Bukit Merah Central Region. What you'll be doing Lead the conceptualisation and design development of interior spaces, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and the company's design ethos Produce detailed design drawings, 3D visualisations, and technical specifications to effectively communicate design intent to clients and construction teams Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate them into your design solutions Mentor and guide more junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to proposals and pitches What we're looking for Minimum 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design flair and technical prowess Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent visual communication and presentation skills Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team Passion for design, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences What we offer At The DreamR Project, we are committed to providing our employees with a fulfilling and rewarding work environment.
