Senior Games Designer - Singapore (Full Time)Responsibilities Collaborate with mathematicians, project managers, artists, and developers to design engaging casino slot games. Generate and evaluate game concepts, features, and themes to shape the overall game design strategy. Create and review original game designs, ensuring alignment with player behavior and business goals. Produce and maintain project documentation, including proof‐of‐concept presentations, high‐level design summaries, and detailed schematics. Work with teams to ensure products meet design, functionality, and production standards. Conduct regular playtests, providing detailed feedback on prototypes and final products to ensure quality. Stay updated on casino slot game trends and apply insights to enhance design strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field (Master's preferred). 3+ years' experience in casino slot game development (land‐based or mobile). Strong knowledge of game design theory, UX, and player psychology. Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and presenting ideas. Deep understanding of current casino slot game products and trends. Creative problem‐solving and ability to generate innovative ideas.
