Act as Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and perform responsibilities as required in these certifications including the supervision of the security team. Ensure the premises operates with minimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirements. Support and monitor HSE permits and licenses applications / renewals. Coordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs. Coordinate risk management, workplace inspections and WSH Committee meetings. Act as the WSH Committee Secretary. Monitor and report the terminal’s HSE performance and progress on improvements made. Support the HSE's legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workers. Propose improvement opportunities to the management from the analysis of incident trends. Engage contractors for their continual improvement in HSE performance. Collate and prepare the required reports on the terminal’s SHE performance and programs. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in safety, health & environment management in a similar industry, either construction environment, oil & gas, petrochemical industries. Must have Level C certificate. Certified Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower. Certified Fire Safety Manager with the Singapore Civil Defense Force. Demonstrate exemplary HSE behavior and motivate others to follow. Able to analyze and conduct critical thinking to identify gaps and improvements required.
