Facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, audits, and inspections to promote employee safety, well-being, and service excellence.
- Conduct HSE training and refresher programs for all operational activities; ensure all HSE representatives are competent and aligned with company standards.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS-related permits, licenses, and statutory obligations.
- Manage and maintain all necessary environmental and safety-related permits and documentation.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HSE/HSSE policies, procedures, management systems, and tools in line with group and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct periodic HSSE inspections and participate in accident/incident investigations; lead root cause analyses and ensure corrective and preventive measures are taken and shared company-wide.
- Perform annual HSE performance reviews, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation relevant to offshore and onshore operations, projects, and client requirements.
- Attend vessel coordination meetings and support safe execution of works, including hot work and incompatible work activities, based on project site conditions.
- Administer and implement risk management plans, ensuring all operations are carried out with appropriate controls and safety measures in place.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE/ISO audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all applicable standards and locations.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management in support of company safety objectives.

- Able to travel within Singapore or abroad with short notice.
- Able to attend to projects’ needs out of working hours

**Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role within the marine industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant HSE standards.
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements related to workplace safety and environmental protection.
- Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills.pen-minded
