**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the HSE Manager in the implementation of appropriate work safety and health measures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Plan and lead all Health, Safety, Environment and Security regime in connection with the project including regular safety inspections & compliance audits with the required workplace safety standards, regulations and policy.
- Provide health and safety advice and support to the operation departments on EHS issues.
- Provide secretariat support to Safety Committees.
- Prepare / review Safety Plan, Risk Management.
- Monitor / track, analyze project’s safety performances and to recommend safety measures where necessary.
- Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective measures.
- Conduct training and coordinate internal training courses relating to HSE.
- Organize EHS Campaign and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate and correspond with external agencies, MOM, SCDF, etc on HSE related issues/matters.
- Prepare regular project’s Health and Safety Report.
- Involve in corporate EHS matters.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Diploma, Specialist Diploma or equivalent
- Registered with Ministry of Manpower as WSHO and at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably those with LTA or Government project working experience
- Registered with National Environmental Agency as ECO
- Familiar with requirements stipulated under LTA General Specification Appendix A (Safety, Health And Environment)
- Tunnel experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Diligent with an analytical
