We are hiring for an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer to join our Micron Backend Singapore team

**Responsibilities And Tasks**
- Ensure Micron's safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implements functional, cost-effective solutions for safety issues
- Coordinates, manages, and conducts safety walks, inspections, and audits to ensure operations comply with Micron safety procedure and regulatory requirements
- Responds to emergencies and investigates incidents and recommends preventive/corrective action
- Collect, analyze, and communicate safety related metrics and performance measurements.
- Support ISO System by participating in internal audits to continuously improve our safety program and procedures.Identify, develop, and provide safety training in accordance with company goals and objectives,
- **Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's in occupational health and safety or related filed in Engineering
- Experience in EHS is preferred
- Safety and Health Certifications is preferred eg. Certified Safety Professional, ISO auditor training and certification
- Experience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
- Ability to read and develop understanding and interpretation of safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration
- At least 2 years of involvement in CCA, preferably in leadership roles
- Keen in semiconductor engineering
