About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at SingGas (LPG) Pte Ltd, located in the North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations, contributing to the overall financial well-being of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
Maintaining fixed assets records
Maintaining staff assets records
Arranging documents to be archived yearly to a third-party warehouse and maintaining records
Assisting CFO on insurance and human resource matters
Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role
Strong knowledge in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
