The position of Banquet Coordinator is available for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless banquet operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with staff to handle pre-requested and last-minute requests
  • Manage and supervise banquet staff, including servers and other support personnel
  • Liaise with agencies or partners on part-timer manpower requirement and follow up on paperwork
  • Check cleanliness of function rooms and food quality

This role demands a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Requirements and Expectations

Applicants must be able to do shift work and work weekends, possess excellent time management skills, and be proficient in communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
