Sales Performance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Associate to drive business growth through exceptional sales services, strong customer relationships, and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch sales support to customers/accounts
  • Market and sell products through targeted promotions
  • Establish and develop new customers in emerging market segments
  • Visit customers for order and sales-related issues
  • Gather market information and requirements from customers/accounts
  • Handle customers' orders, enquiries (including out-sourcing), negotiation, and closing of sales efficiently
  • Engage and coordinate with the Product Team in technical follow-ups with customers/accounts
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
