Associate Director-Chargeback

As a Chargeback and Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for managing the risks associated with chargebacks/customer disputes. Your primary focus will be to develop robust and standardized processes to effectively manage and reduce chargeback/disputes across our businesses. You will continuously optimize and upgrade the chargeback/dispute service system based on the rules and requirements of card schemes. Additionally, you will lead a team of talented individuals overseeing day-to-day operations and handling escalations when necessary. Monthly reviews with relevant business heads and senior stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also play a vital role in increasing awareness around chargeback and dispute handling mechanisms among internal and external stakeholders.To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in managing chargeback and dispute processes. Additionally, you must possess at least 5 years of experience in leading and motivating teams. Your ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs will be crucial for success in this position. We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and think innovatively to improve and automate existing processes.
