Job Title: Chief Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The primary function of the Chief Project Coordinator is to oversee and manage projects from inception to delivery. This entails ensuring timely completion, within budget and quality parameters, through meticulous planning and execution.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining open communication channels with all relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration)
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations (HDB construction experience)
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) in project management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
