Main Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management: Coordinate daily inspections of OCH-managed spaces/rooms to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive living environment.
  2. Customer Service: Manage and resolve residents' requests/feedback/complaints via various channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality customer service.
  3. Work Coordination: Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement works, ensuring timely completion.
  4. Communication: Plan and prepare advisories for residents on scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works, serving as the main point of contact for repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  5. Maintenance Scheduling: Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and take corrective actions promptly.
  6. Vendor Management: Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations by vendors.
  7. Procurement: Formulate specifications and requirements for procuring necessary goods and services for housing operations, including assessing quotations/tenders and making recommendations.
  8. Key Management: Oversee and manage the key system, performing monthly key audits to ensure accurate records.
  9. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits and manage the disposal of inventory and assets as needed.
  10. Record Keeping: Update and maintain detailed records to fulfill administrative and operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant working experience in residential management/services, customer service/relationship management, or facilities/property management.
  • Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services is advantageous.
