Now we are inviting qualified and specific professional to design courses for the following subject areas: Accreditation A.I./ Data Analysis Finance & Accounting / FinTech and Financial Services Business Knowledge about the Greater Bay Area (legal, accounting, licensing etc)ESG InsurTech Intellectual Property Laws Legal Knowledge (including the Greater Bay Area)Logistics Marketing / Digital marketing Psychology, Counselling and Coaching * We also welcome new course ideas and proposals for course development. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum design and uphold high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across the school. Support the development of inclusive, innovative, and engaging learning experiences that foster student success and satisfaction. Review and enhancement of programmes to ensure academic quality and industry relevance. Collaborate with internal and external partners to enrich curriculum design and teaching materials. Promote alignment between programme outcomes and institutional goals. Champion student engagement and learning support initiatives to help all students thrive academically. Work closely with staff and students to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment. Ensure academic activities comply with institutional policies and external accreditation requirements. Deliver teaching duties in line with institutional workload expectations. Requirements: A good Bachelor degree with relevant industrial experience in the relevant subject. Preferably with a Master's degree. At least 5 years of relevant course design experience. This position will be required to work closely with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese -speaking counterparts in Hong Kong. Good command of languages and presentation skills. Position will be on Part-Time arrangement.
