
Singapore Corporate Secretary Role

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building strong client relationships and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Know Your Customer and Risk Assessment for new clients
- Provide guidance to clients on constitutional and procedural matters relating to Singapore entities in accordance with their articles and the Companies Act
- Maintain company books and file changes with ACRA
- Ensure corporate compliance is adhered to with regard to the relevant laws and requirements in Singapore
Requirements:
- ICSA graduate, minimum Diploma or professional certification in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines
- Min 3 years of corporate secretarial experience, including as named company secretary
- Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act
- Self-organised
- Keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
