Drive Product Outcomes as a Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving product outcomes by delivering actionable insights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market analyses, evaluating existing solutions, and gathering insights to inform problem statements.

  • Conduct market analyses to identify problem spaces and opportunity sizes.
  • Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies.
  • Gather insights through user interviews and formulate problem statements.
  • Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
  • Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze the impact of requested changes and assess the reasonableness of resource requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Proven ability to collect and synthesize data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • End-to-end experience working with product teams to build products.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer science or product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
