About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Construction Estimator. As a key member of our estimating team, you will play a critical role in preparing tender documentation and pricing for various construction projects.
  • You will be responsible for performing measurements and taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing, and cost control. This includes analyzing and comparing quotations from various trade elements, attending site meetings when required, and generating and submitting quotations to clients based on D&B/A&A projects, schedules of rates, and/or Star Rates.
  • Your responsibilities will also include sourcing quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers, assessing and preparing contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, and final accounts consolidation. You will work closely with the Project Leader/Manager/MD throughout the pitching process to confirmation and execution.
  • Liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities during the entire project phase is also essential.
