Responsibilities:
Receive all inquiries, noting caller particulars such as name, position, company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for follow-up by sales staff. Assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
Prepare invoices and monthly reports for consolidated billing.
Maintain and manage the filing system and SWM software on all aspects of waste information.
Assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations within the team.
Support the Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence, and marketing communications.
Update customer database regarding customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
Singaporean ONLY
Diploma holder and above
At least 2 years customer service experience
Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
