Job Title: Construction Project Planning Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planning Specialist to manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction planning and project coordination, with experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. A background in civil engineering and proficiency in Primavera P6 is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction plans, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
  • Relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination.
  • Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning.
