Job Title: Construction Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide expert advice on construction planning and risk assessment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in construction planning.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong construction/contractor background with extensive experience in construction planning using Primavera P6. This includes scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM collaboration. The successful candidate will also have a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline.
