**Job Title:** Construction Planning Specialist

As a seasoned construction planning professional, you will lead our team in the planning and coordination of construction projects. Your expertise in site work and project management will ensure seamless project execution.

  • Coordinate with departments to prepare tender documents and plans.
  • Assist in the development of Microsoft Project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Study and propose temporary site facilities and construction sequences.
  • Analyze and propose cost-effective solutions for ERSS.
  • Provide technical support to the tender team and assist in reviewing tender documents.
  • Participate in safety site inspections and review construction previews.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction site work and planning.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
