Job Title: Office Maintenance Specialist
About the Job
This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office space. As an Office Maintenance Specialist, you will be tasked with maintaining a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and buff floors as needed
- Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture
- Dust and polish desks, tables, and other surfaces
- Restock restrooms with necessary supplies
- Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the office
- Clean windows, glass panels, and doors as required
- Maintain and follow the assigned cleaning schedule
- Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Commitment to an annual contract
Work Schedule
The work schedule for this role is a 5-day work week.
