Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented
Sales Manager - Advertising
to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in advertising/media sales, and a passion for driving revenue through innovative media solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advertising sales executives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
Work closely with marketing and product teams on campaign execution
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or media sales
Proven leadership and people management skills, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong client network and negotiation abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities
