Manage client registration and technical support for e‐channel products. Coordinate with the Cash Client Service Team to provide helpdesk support and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with the Trade Finance Operations (TFO) team to manage import, export, and trade loan operations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of trade documents and payments. Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance client experience. Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance standards in all client interactions and transactions. Monitor and report any potential risks or compliance issues to the relevant departments. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Treasury, Marketing, and Operations teams, to support client needs. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and service excellence. Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field. Associate – Minimum 5 years experience in Transaction Banking client service management. Vice President – Minimum 7 years experience in Transaction Banking client service management. In‐depth knowledge preferably in channel services and eBanking. Experience working with trade finance products desirable. Ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment.
