Job Title: Project Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

As a Project Design Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the lead architect in the daily function of an architectural team, running projects from conception to completion, and preparing detailed design and working drawings for various stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead architect in daily project activities and provide support in the preparation of project documents.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and submit project proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Project Design Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural consultancy firms.
  • Proficiency in Revit BIM and AUTOCAD operation.
  • Familiarity with local codes and authorities' requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
