Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design projects from inception to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure the integration of design elements across disciplines
  • Reviewing and coordinating architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to maintain design intent and accuracy
  • Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and management of architectural projects
  • Maintaining project progress, ensuring timelines are adhered to

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A diploma or degree in building/architecture or other related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, or related roles
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and standards
