Job Description:
As a professional in the field of technology, this role requires expertise in system analysis to drive business growth and improvement. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will have experience in new system development, project implementation, and vendor management. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing obsolescence/security-related projects across various divisions, serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and monitoring remediation efforts/budgets for security-related projects.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to management, negotiate contracts and pricing terms, and collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs. They will also support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in layman's terms
  • Interpersonal skills to build good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines
