Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and availability of end-user computing infrastructure services.

You will support and implement desktop, hardware, and software solutions for healthcare staff.

This role involves providing technical support to users, monitoring system performance, evaluating and recommending hardware/software solutions, and updating users on support ticket progress.

You will also be responsible for managing vendors per contracts and statements of work, maintaining systems, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for technology management, performing routine maintenance to prevent or detect faults, researching new technologies as needed, assisting with incident resolution, responding to user complaints, identifying and troubleshooting issues, escalating problems as necessary, and logging incidents in the problem management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

You should also have knowledge of Windows OS, Service Desk management, Antivirus, and Patch management.

A strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities with good communication skills, and ITIL certification (preferred) are also essential.
