Senior/Executive (Centre Operations)

The Senior/ Executive will be joining the Rehabilitation pillar of Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), specifically in our Heart Wellness Programme, which is a structured community-based cardiac rehabilitation programme for patients who have completed their inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehab in the hospitals. The Senior/Executive helps in the daily operations of the Heart Wellness Centre and ensures high level of services for clients. Main Duties and Responsibilities Handle reception duties which include registration, appointment booking, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and answering to enquiries. Maintenance of Patients'/Clients' information and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Handle administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, scheduling appointment, procurement and report preparation. Undertake and ensure safe, effective service and care to patients/clients. Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of the Centre. Support the department in health and nutrition talks/programmes including patient/client outreach, coordination and oversee the logistics of events. Any ad hoc duties/ projects assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Diploma Holder and above with at least 3 years of working experience Experience working in a clinic/medical setting or care service industry is preferred Proficient in MS Office applications Good communication and Interpersonal skills Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition Passion to work in the community healthcare sector 5-day work week with rotational Saturdays (half day). Occasional shift work when needed. Willing to travel between HQ and different locations when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
