DESIGNATION : Senior/ Centre Executive - Fernvale Hawker Centre

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Centre Manager and your responsibilities include but not limit to:

- Direct and manage hawker centre according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and supervise service staff on food handling, service conduct and compliance to standards
- Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Manage hawker centre according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues

QUALIFICATIONS
- F&B background or Operations background (e.g. Warehouse, Retail, Commercial Malls)
- Min N or O levels - competent in spoken and written English

OTHER INFORMATION
- Resourceful and ability to work under pressure.
- A team player and able to work independently.
- PC proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
- 6 days work week, rotating shift.
- Energetic, outgoing, customer service oriented
