Main Responsibilities

  • Selling gold jewellery, diamonds, and luxury items to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Addressing customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delivering product advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Handling point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience

Requirements

  • Willingsness to work flexible retail hours and on public holidays
  • Minimum Nitec in Retail Services or related fields (e.g., hospitality, sales)
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers
  • Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed sales targets
  • Good spoken English and another language to communicate effectively with clients from a multilingual environment
  • Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage
