As a Sourcing Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.You will source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms, professional networks, and job boards, as well as offline methods like networking events and referrals. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will develop effective sourcing strategies based on their staffing needs. Reviewing resumes and applications, you will identify qualified candidates to maintain a diverse candidate pool.Conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and providing timely feedback to candidates will be part of your daily tasks. You will maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in negotiating and preparing job offers in alignment with company policies.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcing specialist in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is necessary.Your flexibility, adaptability, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in overcoming sourcing challenges. A positive attitude and passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities are traits that will make you successful in this role.
