Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and business partners.
  • Build and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Vietnamese (minimum C1 level in Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent).
