Job Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company’s products and components at customer locations.
Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
Conduct product training sessions for customers.
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive with the ability to manage, develop, and execute plans and objectives efficiently.
Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
