Job Opportunity: Home-Based Infant Childminder

Are you a caring and nurturing individual passionate about working with young children? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Infant Childminder to provide high-quality care for infants in our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each infant under your supervision.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
  • Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.

Requirements:

  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children
  • Has a child-safe environment (e.g., window grilles or window limiters)
  • Minimum secondary school qualifications
  • Infant care certification is highly preferred

Working Arrangements:

  • Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
  • Work from home at your residence
