What the role is: The officer will work with the Plans & Policy Branch under the Planning & Organisation Department, primarily assisting with tracking key performance indicators and implementing the related system, COMPASS 2.0. This includes coordinating trainings for COMPASS 2.0 and ensuring the system captures all key performance indicators. The officer will also assist the Organisation Planning officer with managing data in the Human Resource Payroll System. This is a 2-year contract position. What you will be working on: (1) Support the smooth implementation and transition of COMPASS 2.0(2) Coordinate training and data updates between departments and units (3) Support data management for the Human Resource Payroll System (HRPS)(4) Manage HRPS requests from departments and units, including creating, generating, and revising HRPS data fields.
