As a HubSpot Assistant at INSIDEA, a fully remote organisation specializing in digital marketing and HubSpot solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting CRM management, marketing workflows, and basic administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the seamless operation of business processes and the enhancement of digital experiences for our clients.Your responsibilities will include assisting the Chief Business Officer in day-to-day operations related to CRM and business processes. You will be tasked with managing and updating records in HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and organization. Setting up and monitoring workflows, email campaigns, and reports within HubSpot will be essential in driving marketing automation strategies. Additionally, your role will involve supporting lead management, tracking, segmentation, and aligning HubSpot activities with broader business objectives through coordination with internal teams.In this role, you will troubleshoot basic HubSpot issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Creating dashboards and regular reports on performance metrics will be part of your routine tasks. Maintaining documentation of HubSpot processes and best practices, along with staying updated on HubSpot features to suggest improvements, will be key to your success.To excel in this position, you should have basic to intermediate experience using HubSpot, particularly in CRM, workflows, email, and reporting functionalities. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential traits for this role. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment will be critical. Being tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and improve processes will further enhance your performance.Your dedication to working during EST hours will ensure seamless collaboration with the team and effective support in achieving our business goals.
