What You Will Be Working On Partnership Development and Strategic Implementation Cultivating and maintaining strong, sustainable partnerships with corporates and foundations. Identifying and leveraging opportunities within the sporting ecosystem to generate win‐win outcomes for sponsors / donors and beneficiaries. Developing measurement frameworks to track partnership outcomes. Analysing trends, formulating policies and execution plans, and driving projects and negotiations. Show ability to think systematically and understand interconnections between different policy areas and stakeholders’ interests. Ensuring adherence to regulations, guidelines and due diligence processes for new partnerships. Strategic Policy and Programme Development Review existing policies and programmes to identify enhancement opportunities. Drive strategic projects through to completion and lead complex negotiations that advance Singapore’s sporting objectives. What We Are Looking For Work Experience and Knowledge Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership management, client relationship, business development, marketing or corporate social responsibility roles. Experience in developing new partnership opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and/or working with community organisations on public engagement initiatives. Practical experience in planning and executing small‐group engagements or community events. Experience in engaging corporate leaders, foundations or high‐net worth individuals is advantageous. Familiarity with the local sport or community sector is advantageous. Background or strong interest in Partnership and Engagement and/or policy will be an advantage. Competencies Develop stakeholder engagement plans, design engagements and conduct facilitations to achieve engagement objectives. Review effectiveness of engagements. Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrate strategic thinking and stakeholder analysis capabilities. Connect issues with larger system and identify inter‐dependencies across issues / domains / agencies. Distil critical issues and sense‐make from a wide range of information, recommending effective policy solutions. Behaviour Traits Proactive, resourceful, versatile and meticulous. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Resilient and adaptable in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
