Overview Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on customer relations, ensuring safety and compliance within the casino environment, and delivering exceptional guest service. Job Responsibilities Actively manage entry/exit points into the Casino, including High Limit Gaming Areas (HLGA). Ensure compliance with regulations related to restricted access points into the Casino, including HLGA. Perform checks at the assigned post, including HLGA eligibility and Premium Player status verification. Monitor and manage crowd levels within the work environment. Greet guests and visitors proactively and maintain a professional demeanor consistent with Marina Bay Sands standards. Handle ad hoc guest requests and complaints in a timely manner, resolving when possible and escalating when necessary. Contribute to a supportive team environment and work flexibly to meet business needs. Communication Maintain positive, professional interactions with Casino Operations Team Members and other Departments. Facilitate communications between Casino Operations and other departments regarding supporting functions and maintaining the casino environment. Stay informed on the latest casino games, integrated resort amenities, promotions, and entertainment events. Meet attendance, punctuality and safety guidelines and adhere to regulatory, Departmental and Company policies. Promote services and events and participate in necessary tournaments, events, and promotions. Keep guest activity and Casino operations information confidential. Contribute to a positive, empowered work environment by performing day-to-day responsibilities reliably. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with good judgment and multitasking capabilities. Any other duties as required. Job Requirements Education & Certification High School Graduate Experience 1 year’s experience in a hospitality or casino role preferred. Competencies Track record of providing excellent customer service. Excellent customer service skills. Learn system operations and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Remain calm, think clearly, and resolve problems with good judgment. Follow directions while balancing customer experience with regulatory requirements. Work with minimal supervision and take initiative with flexibility. Maintain an extremely well-groomed professional appearance.
