Dynamic Event Planner Opportunity

The role of an event planner involves coordinating various types of events, including conferences, dinners, anniversaries, charity events, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, and employee appreciation events. To achieve this, one needs to plan and coordinate event details, manage deadlines, and maintain detailed records of receipts and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute event logistics, ensuring that all aspects are well coordinated.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.
  • Interface with other departments, suppliers, contractors, and venue providers to guarantee smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate part-time staffing requirements, training, and briefing as needed.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and coordinate artworks, work closely with sales and marketing teams, and assist in projects.
  • Provide premium service, handle client inquiries, feedback, last-minute requests, and troubleshoot at events.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, invoicing, and ensure prompt returns/delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Able to work nights, weekends, PH, and according to event schedules when needed.
  • Positive learning attitude, excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with efficiency, resourcefulness, and meticulousness.
  • Able to multitask, work independently under fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good customer service, able to listen to clients' needs and present ideas and solutions.
