We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Event Planner to join our team, focusing on planning and executing birthday party decorations while also contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

**Position: Event Planner - Birthday Party Decoration and Sales/Marketing**

**Job Summary**:The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of birthday party decorations, ensuring that each event meets or exceeds client expectations. Additionally, this role will involve contributing to sales and marketing efforts to promote our carnival equipment rental services and attract new clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Event Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for birthday party decorations.
- Design creative and appealing decoration concepts that align with the client's theme and preferences.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, setup, and teardown of decorations.
- Oversee all logístical aspects of the event, including vendors, staff, and equipment to ensure smooth execution.
- Attend the event to ensure decorations are set up as planned and handle any on-site adjustments if needed.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure every element of the decoration is in place and visually appealing.

**2. Sales and Marketing**:

- Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to promote Carnival Wiz's rental services.
- Participate in sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase the company's offerings.
- Identify and pursue potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and provide information to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence and increase brand awareness.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and maintaining open communication.
- Gather feedback after events to continuously improve our offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

**4. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and invoices for clients.
- Assist in tracking sales targets, performance metrics, and reporting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator, preferably in birthday party decoration and event management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing and theme-oriented decorations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Sales and marketing experience, with a track record of achieving targets, is a plus.
- Familiarity with the event industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using productivity and design software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
- Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
