Duties & Responsibilities
Overall command of the operation in Cash Processing Centre (CPC)
Work closely with Development team in developing operational solutions and planning based on the customer’s requirements with respect to available resources and capability
Identify areas of WSH concerns in within CPC and implement mitigating actions, when possible
Ensure the operation team adhere to all customer’s SLA without fail
Ensure all MOM regulation such as daily and monthly OT hours are met without any breaches
Manage the developmental aspects of staffs in the workplace and to ensure succession planning on all aspect of the organization chart
Ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of CPC operations.
Engage customer during contract renewal and SLA meeting to ensure all customer’s feedback and queries are responded to.
Any other duties and projects assigned by Head, Cash Services and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from recognised University.

  • Commissioned NS SAF Officer will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player with positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task, make decision and work independently.
  • Driven, result orientated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
