Key Duties- Manage the daily operational AR/collections activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, including bank reconciliations, AR/debtors reconciliations, and other tasks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on receivables and collection matters, resolving irregularities and addressing external queries.
- Provide recommendations for streamlining AR reporting processes and systems enhancements.
- Support finance management during periodic financial closing activities and external audits.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent with recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS and proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP accounting software.
- Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
